Quinoa porridge

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup rolled quinoa
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen blueberries, berry of choice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp ground LSA mix
1 tbsp maple syrup
In a saucepan bring almond milk to a boil over a low heat. Add the oats, cinnamon and maple syrup and simmer for 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Once cooked pour porridge into a bowl, sprinkle over LSA mix and chopped strawberries. Top with fresh herbs (optional). Enjoy!
