Skin Super Smoothie

Goji Berries contain vitamins A and C, beta carotene, selenium, iron, essential fatty acids and fiber. They help to build collagen, nourishing and plumping up the skin and the antioxidants have an anti aging action. They have been used in Traditional Chinese medicine for their nourishing properties making them a great skin super food.
This green smoothie recipe is loaded with skin nourishing ingredients.
1/2 cup of coconut water or filtered water
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of baby spinach
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of goji berries
3 brazil nuts
5-7 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in your blender or bullet. Blend well, pour into a gorgeous glass and enjoy.
